Viewing/observation

The ability to combine the two research rooms with remote controlled technology allows people in one room to see and hear exactly what is happening in the other room. This is perfect for anyone wishing to conduct any kind of user research such as web usability, market research or focus grouping.

We also offer a full range of facilitation and knowledge capture services.

Simultaneous use

The independently controlled audio video equipment enables each room to be used simultaneously for different purposes. This can help clients who need to maximise use of the space such as dividing larger groups within a workshop environment to work on different tasks.

Knowledge capture

Two separate rooms with integrated technology gives the added benefit of allowing observation of meetings with little or no disruption to the meeting itself. This allows an observer to make notes, transcribe the meeting or conduct real-time research or design to maximise the outputs from the meeting.
